Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic (CFRT) unidirectional prepreg tape is a sheet material made of unidirectional continuous glass fibers arranged in parallel and impregnated with molten thermoplastic resin through a melt impregnation process.
Sheet thickness: 0.3mm - 0.5mm
Sheet width: 25mm - 750mm
Fiber types: Continuous glass fiber, basalt fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber
Color: Natural color, black, other colors can be customized
Surface effect: Uniform fiber distribution, flat surface, no obvious corrugation, cracking, dry yarn and other defects.

CFRT Bidirectional Roll/Sheet Series

PET continuous glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic solid composite panel is a thermoplastic solid panel made by thermally compounding unidirectional prepreg tapes after 0/90° lay-up.
Sheet thickness and width: Customizable according to customer requirements, the maximum width can reach 3000mm.
Fiber types: Continuous glass fiber, basalt fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber

PET foam is a closed-cell, thermoplastic and recyclable polymer foam with good heat resistance, mechanical strength, environmental performance and excellent cost performance.
It also has superior fatigue resistance and chemical stability, with extremely low water absorption. It has stable chemical properties without post-expansion under high-temperature process conditions and post-curing, and its mechanical properties are greatly enhanced. It can be used as a core material in various fields such as wind turbine blades, rail transit, ships, building materials, decoration materials and industrial applications.
